ample sunlight good breakfast
The location provided easy access to many attractions. the hotel offered a good breakfast with a variety of choices each morning. i enjoyed the gym. It had sufficient equipment for a full workout. my room had two large windows with ample sunlight.
The elevators seemed a bit slow during peak hours. There were occasional waits.

The staff were cute and efficient. the breakfast had a vast range to choose from. It was an excellent start to the day. our suite was beautifully appointed and clean!!!

friendly staff extra touches
i found the staff very accommodating and friendly, this. i also appreciated the extra touches, they added balloons and rose petals to the room for my partner's birthday. i would highly recommend staying here because of that attention to detail. the room was lovely.
i noticed some elevators were broken , this seemed ongoing since before christmas. this. room service was also affected, taking longer than expected because of the elevator issues.

our executive king room included a king-size bed. it was nothing short of fabulous. the room was very clean and serviced every day. the bathroom and shower were amazing. there was a fridge in our room.

the staff were so helpful and friendly, probably the best i have experienced, they were accommodating. the staff look after your suitcase before check-in. the housekeeper ensured we had everything. the guest relations staff were excellent.

The location was superb. the staff were very friendly. i had a fabulous view from my room. the pool was such an added bonus. It was a massive pool and very quiet!!!
I contacted the hotel weeks prior to my arrival, requesting an early check-in. this request was not fulfilled. I was directed to the lounge with complimentary drinks. the lifts were horrendous. They are the worst i have ever encountered in a hotel.

I found the health club and pool to be a great addition. The gym had a good range of equipment. Breakfast offered many choices with good quality food. The location provided easy access to theaters and sightseeing.
The windows were screwed shut, impossible to open them.
